Wife says I have a snoring problem and SnoreLab app confirmed it. She’s been comparing for years and I was in denial until I took sleep study. Sleep doc recommended jaw device solution, but was expensive option that required multiple visits. I saw this and read reviews and though why not? Ordered from hotel room on trip where wife again Complained of snoring. Arrived home next day and device was there. I tried it on and thought well this is t too comfortable then realized I have to boil water and form it. What a difference! Fit perfectly after adjusting. Decided to download SnoreLab app and get a baseline. SnoreLab app gave me a sleep score of 35. Night 2 I tried the device with App running and, well, I’ve attached the results. Reduced from score of 35 to score of 11. As for comfort, yes, it is a little different having device in mouth but over the course of one night I adapted and don’t think it is going to be a problem. Definitely feel More rested today than usual after one nights use.

Purchased this product about year ago it has been a life changer. No more snoring, way better sleep quality and happy wife. I just purchased my second one. No more snoring - none, zip, zero - no more sore throat in the morning, dry nasal passages. Even when I have a cold it just open up everything. Better sleep - who knew no snoring way better quality sleep. Not only do I feel more rested my wife is also because I'm not waking her. The better sleep quality also made my workouts and losing weight feel way easier. Happy wife - it's tough when you can't actually control something that annoys your wife so much. I had to sleep on my right hand side all the time to kind of prevent it. She is getting better sleep and says she hardly hears me. The only downside is I forget I have it in my mouth so when I tell my teenagers to go to bed I sound like a mouth full of cotton but you know small price to pay. One other word of caution it does take sometime to get used to. Took me about a 10-14 days to feel comfortable sleeping with it but I stuck through it and the results are great.

I’ve tried a few of these things. This one’s an actual mouth guard. Other ones I tried were flimsy pieces of thin rubber that tasted like a Chinese factory. It hurt my jaw after the first night, so I adjusted it and have been wearing it every night for about a month now. My girl gets mad if I forget to put it in before I pass out, so this things actually working. I know these don’t work for everyone but glad it does for me, def worth a shot. Hope this helps some fellas with girlfriends breathin heat over their snoring.

These mouthpieces totally work! Just buy it! I bought it mostly as a night guard as I grind my teeth. However, they stopped my snoring and got rid of my clenching even during the day! I am very happy with my purchase and would get them again. My wife is considering some as well to help with grinding. They are very easy to mold but make sure you follow the directions as there is a top and a bottom that must be right. It works by moving your teeth and jaw forward. I was so bad that it took a night or two just to even feel comfortable but it has basically reset my jaw from clenching for so long. My only complaint is that it is a little large and apparently I have a small mouth. It isn't necessarily uncomfortable but its not like you won't know it is there or get used to it. I would love if they offered a smaller size. Also, I wish that it was a little more adjustable as it has stops on the back so no matter what the top teeth are more forward than the bottom. You can see that in the picture. It looks small but it's a big difference from how I used to rest, as well as noticeable because of my overbite.

This works. I messed up my first one by not doing the mold setting right but my second one came out great. I have an over bite so I had to adjust mine so the lower jaw sits out further than my upper row of teeth a little. This allows air to flow down my throat without snoring. I also use the snore strip of tape over my mouth to help the mold stay in my mouth at night. It’s kinda big wish they made it smaller but I use it it’s not easy to get use to but IT WORKS. My partner reminds me if I forget to use it so they can actually sleep. I use a denture cleaner tablet in a glass of water and put the mold in it during the day to clean it. It didn’t get clean enough with just brushing it. This worked for me. Odd fact it has actually pushed my one tooth that stuck out a bit back in its place.I’m pretty rough on my unit I could use a back up one.

True it will seem large until you size it to your teeth after boiling. The fit I find to be superior to competitor. I feel the Vayrovi mouthguard is firmer than its competitor. The only downside I feel, is that it feels air restrictive. The competitors mouthguard I would not consider restrictive, but I did not like less firmness and found with a strong bite, teeth continue to sink in deeper. For this product: nice fit, firmer and feels comfortable. I like the idea that it is BPA free as stated in their add, and it’s competitor does not state the same. Only singular downside: air restrictive.

I am, unfortunately, a problem snorer. I have been searching for the right solution to mitigate the issue, and it seems that I have found it. This is the fifth brand of device that I have tried. The critical element for me is adjustability. Most well known devices available have a fixed degree of advancement. This device is easily adjustable up to 10mm. 8mm is the magic level of advancement for me, but I think that this is very much an individual thing that any device worth investing in should have the ability to customize. The molding process went smoothly, and comparatively speaking to some similar and even inferior devices on the market, this is a competitively priced solution. I am very pleased with this purchase. Frankly, it doesn't eliminate my snoring issue 100% every night, but the reduction in frequency and severity is fantastic. Great product.

I've used this mouth guard for a while now, and I have to say that I think it works great. I'm not always 100% silent, but my wife DEFINITELY knows when I don't use it. I also like the fact that it's adjustable, because, at one point, when it was in the factory setting, my snoring got bad again, so I moved the lower part forward more, and that helped. The one thing the instructions don't tell you is for how long you should leave the piece in hot water. In the past, I think I did something like 20-30 seconds, but I always felt that it didn't mold as well as I had wanted, so this time I watched a video on molding one of their other products, which said 60-90 seconds. I also made sure the water was very hot this time, and this is the best-fitting one I've done.
